Hootoo as he appears
Hootoo (Nicknamed Hootii) is the mayor of the Forest's End. In Wonderland Adventures when the player meets him he tells the player that Wysp has told him about the Thwarts and the quest for Rainbow Shards and that the player would be coming soon. He also says that it is great to see that there is once again a way for Stinkers to travel across Forever Forest and that he thinks he knows where the green shard is, its at the Lone Top north of Forest's End because of the Thwarts seen there digging tunnels and building walls and doing all sorts of strange things making it seem like they were drawing power from a large green gem.
